Diego nurses buttonhole Rep.
Brian Bilbray
a no brainer, and checked off his support on
a poster board to the cheers of RNs. And as a
testament to the power and influence of
registered nurses, Rep. John Kline in
Minnesota came out of his office and met
with local nurses in person, even after a staff
member had said he was not there.
Were very concerned about whats going
on in our society, said Jean Ross, RN and
also a member of the NNU Council of Presidents to Kline. We have a solution, and it
can bring in up to $350 billion a year. We
really would encourage people to seriously
consider it. In addition to Davis' support,
HR 6411 has the sponsorship of Reps.
Michael Capuano, Eleanor Norton, John
Olver, Donna Edwards, Emanuel Cleaver,
and John Garamendi. Staff report
