N A T I O N A L N U R S E 17 T he common feature of the books we reviewed this year seemed to be that they all told really compelling stories (and were connected in some way to health care, of course). One read at times like a detective novel. Many of them were written in the first person and the personality of the narrators really shined through. Another one of them made us laugh out loud. The best part of a story told well is that you can absorb a lot of information without realizing it. We hope this is the case for you. Happy reading! Page Turners This year's book reviews include ones that manage to tell some great stories while educating and inspiring us at the same time.
