Membership As a member of the bargaining unit, you are pro- tected by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between your hospital and CNA/NNU. This CBA, or contract, specifies your wages, hours, benefits, rights, professional procedures, and many other matters. You should obtain a copy of the agreement from your nurse representative/shop steward or labor representative. What Does CNA/NNU Membership Offer Me?
