All eligible members in good standing seeking office or position in this election shall file a consent-to-serve and biographical sketch, including a list of organizational experience, present employment, and position. Such forms for consents-to-serve and biographical sketches are available from and should be mailed to the CNA/NNOC Administrative Office, Attention: 2009 Elections, 2000 Franklin Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Forms must be returned by Feb. 6, 2009. There is one position available for each title unless otherwise noted in parentheses ( ).
