Feature Story 12 O C T O B E R 2 0 0 5 C A L I F O R N I A N U R S E The CNA House of Delegates approved some important bylaw changes intended to help stabi- lize and grow the organization, and also took some policy posi- tions through the passage of res- olutions to help guide our work.
