Full reimbursement if class is canceled by CNA. No refunds will be given on day of class for non-attendance. No substitutions and/or transfers without prior authorization. General CE Course Information CNA reserves the right to substitute qualified faculty for those listed. Lunch is included. Parking is on your own. Absolutely no recording or videotaping of courses allowed. Registrants must attend confirmed location. Attendees must remain for the full day to receive CE credit. Non-members who join CNA within one week of a CE class and pay the annual dues will receive a credit of $50 towards their annual membership fee.
